  Some people dream about their wedding day, well I have dreamed about the day I could start looking for a home of my own and I’ve always known I would work with Julie Holen from Pioneer Real Estate. Although I wasn’t able to tour homes with Julie, as I was living in Dallas at the time, I knew I could trust her guidance and taste. Julie excels in communication and makes herself available via phone, text, email, and even video chat when needed. She absolutely cares about her clients and helping them find the right home. She was so incredibly easy to work with and I will definitely be working with her and the team at Pioneer Real Estate again in the future.

  Posted on behalf of a client: Our traditional 90 year old home in Rockford presented more than the usual challenges in getting sold, but Ginger Sreenan more than met those challenges. She listed our home at a fair market value, made suggestions on some repairs, and then she went to work. Ginger hosted several open houses and arranged additional private showings. She was very diligent in keeping us informed on the interest expressed from the showings. She continually kept our home front and center in the housing market until it sold.
