  I spent alot of time, money and energy getting liscensed, and trained to get this job. Our leads were old and used up, we might as well have opened a phone book and called people. Leadership and upper management was terrible. I don't know anyone who still works there. Policies were too expensive too sell and compensation was too little for effort. I had policies cancel after I left and the company is trying to get money back from ME for it. I was also supposed to be reimbursed $250 after my first 90 days, that was a lie. Was supposed to get my 10% "holdback" returned 6 months after I left. It was not. If you are a customer or potential insurance agent, run the other direction!
