- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆After 10 years I am leaving Allstate and J. Ellis. I bought a new car and they wanted to raise my rates to almost $1200 per year. No accidents or claims in all the years I've been with them. When I complained I was told take it or leave it. Well I left and got better services with State Farm. With my new policy at State Farm I'm paying less then before I bought the new car. So long J. Ellis!By A Google User, May 22, 2017
